A seasoned real estate veteran since 1985 commenced his career as a commercial real estate portfolio manager in Westchester County, New York. Later joined Dunes Marketing Group, a Hilton Head based real estate company, specializing in developer sales of resort properties nationally. Performance results awarded the opportunity to Director of Sales & Marketing of Aspen Glen, a Jack Nicklaus signature golf community. Ingrained in the real estate industry, experience, diversity and deal sophistication lead into continued development opportunities in Colorado.
As an active licensed real estate broker specializing in the Aspen/Snowmass market property acquisitions were on the forefront of a budding career path and successful investment projects were born out of this ambition and team building. Through a proven track record, integrity and fair dealing practices a trusted reputation was built. Knowledge based tools and business practices afforded an instinctual ability to identify underutilized square footage and maximize efficiencies during construction process, which enhanced results beyond pro-forma expectations on a consistent basis. Michael was born in New York City, raised in Westchester County and graduated with a degree in Business Management from St. Michaels College in Vermont. He has lived in the Aspen Valley for almost 20 years.
