Heather Gerrish, director of finance
With over 20 years of construction experience in all facets of financial accounting, systems management and process delivery methods a refined outcome is achieved. Committed to continuing education and understanding the evolving world of technology allows for real time accuracy and efficiencies throughout all phases of a projects duration. This level of commitment has fostered excellent relationships, reliability and confidence with all parties involved.
Working in both the corporate and private sectors of business has afforded the diversity and expanded knowledge base required for continued success goal motivation.
As the head of The Libman Group’s project accounting department, Heather’s extensive knowledge of various accounting programs specific to the industry are essential for the clients, reporting and tracking of their project as well as integrating this information in a seamless fashion for the firm’s accountability and performance. Her responsibilities include working directly with the managing member of the firm and maintaining all aspects of general ledger accounting; including accounts payable and receivable, vendor relations, lien releases, payroll, office and business administration, human resources, project budgeting and marketing.
After attending Ventura College she began her career in the accounting field. As a California native, Heather relocated to the Roaring Fork Valley in 2010 looking for a change and an improvement in quality of life. Five years later, she is still living in and loving the Valley.

Creative Licensed Architect with strong attention to detail offering 21 years of results-oriented, forward thinking and client centered design and construction administration. Strong written, verbal and graphic communication with clients, consultants and team members. Versatile project manager able to simultaneously manage staff and train interns while collaborating with consultants and government agencies.
Primary responsibility is to lead, create and spearhead the Architectural and Design services department of The Libman Group, LLC. This will include programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents and construction administration as needed for all projects on a daily basis. Architectural and Design services will also include, but not limited to, as-built drawings, elevations, sections, details, specifications and RFI’s. Coordination and management of all outsourced resources including photorealistic renderings, animation video and 3D virtual reality services.

Chad Yates, director of construction
Chad Yates is a construction professional with 18 years of in-depth and hands-on experience concentrated in the Roaring Fork Valley over all facets of the building industry. His proven reputation of strength and know-how are evident in award-winning residential projects completed with the following accredited individuals: David Easton, Eric J. Smith, Hart Howerton, Charlotte Moss, and Augie Reno.
As the Director of Construction, his responsibilities include overall construction management, and operations of all projects and related construction activities including, but not limited to, identifying potential risk. He develops and maintains client relationships for active projects, while acting in an advisory capacity to the coordination, negotiation, scheduling and implantation of prime contracts.
Chad appoints construction personnel including senior project managers, site superintendents and laborers for all projects. He is responsible for producing project controls to develop cost estimates, quantity takeoffs and manpower requirements for proposals and forecasts on assigned projects. He is accountable for ensuring that project status and financial reports are provided on a timely basis supported by clear and transparent documentation allowing the ability to navigate a client’s decision-making process towards sound judgment. This effort facilitates a rewarding construction experience and shared expectation. He is currently managing and directly overseeing a wide range of new residential construction, renovations and historic preservation assignments.
Chad is personally involved in the completion of over 40 residential projects including a single-family compound of over 18,000 square feet, for an aggregate total of just under $100 million. His experience extends into the commercial and hospitality sectors of the market throughout North America. Originally from Grosse Pointe, Michigan, Chad earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1996.
Peter Grenney / director of real estate development
Peter has over 15 years of real estate development experience in California, the front range of Colorado, and the Roaring Fork Valley. His passion for design and real estate drive his commitment to guiding development projects from inception through to completion.
The wide range of projects Peter has personally been involved with include large urban mixed-use development, resort hotel, luxury spec homes, and land entitlement deals for lifestyle centers and new apartment properties. He’s held development roles with institutional development companies such as Fairfield Residential, OliverMcMillan, Related Companies, and Lowe Enterprises.
As Director of Real Estate Development, Peter’s primary focus is leading the effort to source, structure, brand, and execute the development of all new projects. Combining the discipline of a methodical approach to valuing real estate with a creative eye for the highest and best use of a property, Peter optimizes each new opportunity.
Peter earned his bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design & Urban Planning from the University of Colorado. He is on the board of Aspen Entrepreneurs and is involved with several local nonprofits.
Ron Lloyd / master builder
Ron Lloyd has been a building and design professional in Colorado since 1982. His work spans from Aspen to the Front Range in Boulder, Cherry Creek, Denver and other major ski resorts across the west including Telluride, Vail and Park City Utah. Ron’s diverse background reflects expert technical and mechanical knowledge with broad experience in building, design and planning and extensive hands on abilities in all phases of construction, management, safety leadership and communications arena. His work ethic and experience as a carpenter, builder and project manager utilized throughout his career is founded on quality execution of performance that meets customers' needs while maintaining the highest quality of business integrity, safety and environmental care in all aspects of project completion.
Ron’s construction and customer relations experience over time has provided a strong foundation of job knowledge and professionalism that is directly applicable to the current goals and standards of our team at the Libman Group. He has acquired the best technical mechanical and supervisory experience available, meeting the highest standards of job performance while developing a proud work ethic.
Ron brings an eye for detail and solid building skills and management abilities to the General Superintendent position with the Libman Group. His responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day building operations ensuring our clients’ expectations, the project vision, quality control and workmanship.
Ron has been a resident of Colorado since 1977 and his varied experience and background includes a degree in Graphic Design, certifications in OSHA 10/30 for Construction and General Industry and is currently pursuing CHST certification in Construction Health and Safety. Ron has voluntarily worked in central Mexico and Mozambique Africa providing housing and humanitarian building and construction services in impoverished regions.
Todd Shaver, director of acquisitions
As the director of acquisitions, Todd specializes in networking and connecting national and international people. This includes running The Aspen Business Luncheon, where he has provided billionaires as speakers, as well as Secretary Madeleine Albright, Walter Isaacson and Tom Friedman, among hundreds of others.
He is founder of The Bull Market Report, was one of the first successful internet-based businesses in the 1990s. The company specializes in assisting the sophisticated investor to find those stocks that will outperform the overall stock market. The firm boasted over 700,000 subscribers to the 10 financial newsletters he started.
A professional broker with Smith Barney and Morgan Stanley, he was also the host of a successful local radio show in Washington, DC, giving a live show each morning during rush hour. Todd was also a regular guest on Business News Network radio.
He ran his own Washington, DC real estate company, The Dulles Group, which specialized in finding large tracts of raw land for investors and developers. The company contracted and rezoned 2,000 acres of land and the site has been developed with the 350,000 sq. ft. GEICO building, as well as 1000 homes and businesses.
Todd was with Merrill Lynch and had an 11-year career with Wang laboratories, finishing one year as the top salesman in the company.
Todd is an Aspen resident and a graduate of Bucknell University.
