ABOUT THE DE MALIBU COMMERCIAL DESIGN-BUILD PROJECT
An iconic addition to Pacific Coast Highway’s newly renovated Malibu Sands Center. Douglas Elliman reinvents mid-century modern into advanced technology while blending experience and relationships of yesteryears into a personal touch between buyers, sellers and agents.
This location will boast an authentic design dating back to the breezeway block of the 1960’s, solid walnut mid-century desks and original coral stone floors. The integration between inspiration and implementation is then advanced by sound attenuation felt wallcovering, low profile energy efficient lighting and a retractable glass partition wall that opens up the conference room into an event space of shagadelic proportions.
