ABOUT THE ROTHSHILD INVESTMENTS COMMERCIAL DESIGN-BUILD PROJECT
Rothschild North America part of the Rothschild network that provides corporate banking, fund management, private banking and trust services. Chose to remodel 100,000 square feet of office space for 250 employees on two floors, designed by The Libman Group, at 1251 Avenues of the America in New York’s Rockefeller Center.
The project began with complete demolition and reconstruction of the 44th floor two install a state-of-art trading room, “grab & go” employee café, reception area and elevator lobby. It subsequently added the renovation of the executive area and corporate dining facility on the 51st floor, exploiting high ceiling and barrel – vaulted corridors to establish a new executive wing, conference center and 24/7 analyst bullpen area and virtual library.
