Creative Licensed Architect with strong attention to detail offering 21 years of results-oriented, forward thinking and client centered design and construction administration. Strong written, verbal and graphic communication with clients, consultants and team members. Versatile project manager able to simultaneously manage staff and train interns while collaborating with consultants and government agencies. Primary responsibility is to lead, create and spearhead the Architectural and Design services department of The Libman Group, LLC. This will include programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents and construction administration as needed for all projects on a daily basis.

Architectural and Design services will also include, but not limited to, as-built drawings, elevations, sections, details, specifications and RFIs. Coordination and management of all outsourced resources including photorealistic renderings, animation video and 3D virtual reality services. Core strengths include designer lead design of high-end homes and commercial spaces, from schematic design through construction administration. Project Management and successful delivery of completed projects from inception through completion. Building Code Compliance, Planning and Zoning, Land-Use Variance Applications, FAR Analysis. Debra Libman Aach / design director

Debra’s background is firmly rooted in fashion and design with an education from FIT and working relationships for several high-end designers including Donna Karen. After exploring the connection between Fashion, Art and Design It became apparent the two industries complement each other one of the same. A perfect segway to collaboration, energy and experience’s into the field of Architecture, Interior Design and Construction Management and join Libman Group in 2013.

The two parallel industries of corresponding color, tactile finishes and design coupled with the discipline of proven management skills insure shared expectations and success. She is dedicated to the design process and strategy insuring a clients programmatic requirements are realized. Timeless design and yet disciplined in simple details offers a sophisticated outcome Proficient in supply chain logistics, inventory management and tracking systems, allows a linear schedule to be converted into a lattice schedule saving time and money. A luxury control method from manufacture to final placement.

Debra’s working track record in the commercial, retail and residential sectors has awarded her the most discerning client base. Rachel Libman / creative director

Rachel has ten years working experience in residential, commercial & retail assignments with the Libman Group. She has extensive experience writing material specification’s for custom furniture, fixtures and accessories. A career path from Librarian to Creative Director.

Identify branding. A master of material’s and tactile finishes shaping and tonality of a color pallet. Rachel is into the details from inception to completion. Single sourcing of materials and insuring that the selected spec maintains its original design intent. A procurement process that streamlines the delivery schedule and eliminates the need for middlemen and extra markup’s,

A champion of continuing education and promoter of environmentally sustainable design. The philosophy of designing physical objects and services to comply with the principles of ecological sustainability. Aimed at improving the health and comfortability of occupants in a building that allows one to breath naturally.

Ron Lloyd / director of construction

Ron Lloyd has been a building and design professional in Colorado since 1982. His work spans from Aspen to the Front Range in Boulder, Cherry Creek, Denver and other major ski resorts across the west including Telluride, Vail and Park City Utah. Ron’s diverse background reflects expert technical and mechanical knowledge with broad experience in building, design and planning and extensive hands on abilities in all phases of construction, management, safety leadership and communications arena.

His work ethic and experience as a carpenter, builder and project manager utilized throughout his career is founded on quality execution of performance that meets customers' needs while maintaining the highest quality of business integrity, safety and environmental care in all aspects of project completion. Ron’s construction and customer relations experience over time has provided a strong foundation of job knowledge and professionalism that is directly applicable to the current goals and standards of our team at the Libman Group. He has acquired the best technical mechanical and supervisory experience available, meeting the highest standards of job performance while developing a proud work ethic.

Ron brings an eye for detail and solid building skills and management abilities to the General Superintendent position with the Libman Group. His responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day building operations ensuring our clients’ expectations, the project vision, quality control and workmanship.

Ron has been a resident of Colorado since 1977 and his varied experience and background includes a degree in Graphic Design, certifications in OSHA 10/30 for Construction and General Industry and is currently pursuing CHST certification in Construction Health and Safety. Ron has voluntarily worked in central Mexico and Mozambique Africa providing housing and humanitarian building and construction services in impoverished regions.

Heather Gerrish / director of finance

With over 20 years of construction experience in all facets of financial accounting, systems management and process delivery methods a refined outcome is achieved. Committed to continuing education and understanding the evolving world of technology allows for real time accuracy and efficiencies throughout all phases of a projects duration. This level of commitment has fostered excellent relationships, reliability and confidence with all parties involved.

Working in both the corporate and private sectors of business has afforded the diversity and expanded knowledge base required for continued success goal motivation.

As the head of The Libman Group’s project accounting department, Heather’s extensive knowledge of various accounting programs specific to the industry are essential for the clients, reporting and tracking of their project as well as integrating this information in a seamless fashion for the firm’s accountability and performance. Her responsibilities include working directly with the managing member of the firm and maintaining all aspects of general ledger accounting; including accounts payable and receivable, vendor relations, lien releases, payroll, office and business administration, human resources, project budgeting and marketing.

After attending Ventura College she began her career in the accounting field. As a California native, Heather relocated to the Roaring Fork Valley in 2010 looking for a change and an improvement in quality of life. Five years later, she is still living in and loving the Valley.
