ABOUT THIS PRIVATE RESIDENTIAL DESIGN-BUILD PROJECT

200,683 Acre Wildcat Ranch renovation was once owned by Mrs. Fields cookies founder. The design challenge was to take a mountain contemporary tired home and re-program it. The layout is the key to the solution. This one starts at the front door and realigning it to the house. By correcting the pathing design, it allows 12 o’clock unobtrusive views of the mountains and private pond. Complemented with NanaWalll Ultra-Thin Cero door from Germany. By reorganizing the corridor, the smell leads you straight into the Chef’s Mint Green La Cornue Kitchen.
